Discouraged a bit?

It’s perfectly normal to be discouraged in the middle of breakthroughs happening. I know I’m not the only person that felt like quitting, crying,

or walking away. Here are three things I do that could help anyone battling those feelings.

1. Change the scenery. Go somewhere (doesn’t have to be far). Looking at the same things day in and day out will mess with you.

2. Cry... There is nothing wrong with a good ole fashion snot slinging cry. I had a couple last week lol.

3. Listen to something that’s encouraging, positive and will push you not to stay in your exact position.
