I must say from last year until now my boxing & holding mitts has improved tremendously. I've learned to be patient & not over think when it comes to the moves & just listen to the combos being called. For mitt holding I've learned to control the boxer & move while calling out he combos. This has been the best decision I've made when it comes to myhealth journey. Thank you.

I never thought I would like boxing this much or holding mitts . I thuoght it was just something to do to lose weight . Now I am passionate & LOVE both boxing and holding mitts, also GREAT cardio, fun, it also helps just in case you're in a situation to defend yourself (you know where to hit) to either get away to a safe location or kncok them out. WONDERFUL INVESTMENT turned into something I LOVE and look forward to.
